Mid-Level Corporate Associate (SF)

Arnold & Porter is seeking mid-level associates (2018 - 2019) to join our Corporate & Finance group in our Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Silicon Valley or Washington, DC office. Qualified candidates must have three years of experience in corporate transactional work, including capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate representation. In addition, candidates should have strong drafting and negotiating skills, teamwork skills, and the ability to independently manage some components of deals.

Our leanly structured deal teams allow associates to assume more responsibility and receive a high level of partner and client contact. Our collegial and collaborative group is comprised of team players who are supportive, flexible, and invested in helping associates craft a tailored career path.

Our Corporate & Finance attorneys bring extensive experience in a broad range of domestic and international transactions. As a result, we offer clients a complete range of services in a wide variety of areas, including:
- Mergers and Acquisitions
- Capital Markets and Securities Transactions
- Emerging Company/Venture Capital
- Corporate Governance and Exchange Act Compliance
