Arnold & Porter is seeking a mid-level or senior associate for its premier and nationally ranked Life Sciences Transactions practice for its Chicago, Denver, New York, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, or Washington, DC offices.
Arnold & Porter's Life Sciences Transactions practice works closely with life sciences companies of all stages to structure their deals to develop, protect and commercialize their cutting-edge pharmaceuticals, biologics, medical devices, diagnostics, and digital health products. The group advises life sciences clients on a broad range of transactions, including M&A, collaboration & licenses, commercial agreements, financings, and other key strategic transactions. Clients include Novartis, Pfizer, Sandoz, Alcon, Sanofi, AstraZeneca, Bayer, BMS, and numerous smaller companies. Our cross-office team is collaborative, close-knit, supportive, and collegial. Qualified applicants should have a minimum of three years of experience handling transactional matters with a focus on intellectual property and life sciences transactions; strong research, writing, and analytic skills; an ability to work independently and creatively; and an ability to work successfully as part of a team.
